General Hospital spoilers reveal the investigation into Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting is heating up. It’s been three months, and the long list of possible assailants hasn’t gotten much shorter.
As the PCPD came hard after Willow Tait (Katelyn ManMullen), Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) recently redirected the attention to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), which turned the detectives’ attention back to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
But with all the chaos surrounding this investigation, one key piece of information has been mostly overlooked, and I think it’s pretty significant.
I suspect the police will as well when they finally find out about Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) being on-site during the shooting.
Curtis Could Look Guilty
Nevermind that Portia has an alibi for the night in question, we thought Curtis did too. Regardless, the police are at his house on Thanksgiving Day to drag him in for questioning. Of course, that doesn’t mean he’s the one they’re eyeing for this crime.
It could be that Portia looks guilty as sin, and her not having an alibi makes her look worse than her soon-to-be ex-husband. Are the police hoping Curtis will turn on Portia? Perhaps he might once he finds out what her alibi is.
Until then, he could decide he’s going to go down for this crime over her because he wants to protect the baby she is carrying — a baby he believes is his.
GH Spoilers Say Trina and Kai Were Thorough
When Trina and Kai started to second guess whether or not it was right for them to keep quiet about being witnesses to the crime, they went over every little detail together.
From the safe and grabbing what was in it, to ditching Drew as he nearly bled out, these two were certain that nothing they could possibly tell the police would shed any light on what happened that night.
But there is one thing they’re not taking into consideration, merely because they think they know what it means. The call Emily ‘Scout’ Cain (Cosette Abinante) made says it all.
Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star
While Trina and Kai were hiding out in the room with the blackmail on Portia in hand, they heard two shots fired.
Unsure if anyone was still in the house, they finally exited, but not before hearing a ringtone go off. It played Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star, and they immediately came to the conclusion that it was Scout calling her father. But what if that wasn’t the case?
What if that song isn’t just Drew’s ringtone for Scout, but the rest of her family’s too? What if Alexis also uses that ringtone for Scout? What if Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) also uses it?
